The Bible says it is appointed unto man to die once, after that is judgment. Will look up the verse for you. In short, one's soul goes immediately to heaven if you received Jesus as your Lord and Savior while you were alive, or you go to hell, if you rejected Gods grace through Jesus work on the cross. There is no inbetween, the moment you die the grace has ran out for you, you dont dwell on earth anymore, but go to heaven or to hell *
